- Conducted a full study of Lebanon beach market, in which it identified a hundred beach properties on the Lebanese coast as part of the country’s existing supply
- Developed the concept of a mixed-use project spread over a plot of around 5000 sqm situated on the Mediterranean Sea front in Halat, Keserwan district including a small boutique hotel, an open grill restaurant and a beach lounge club
