Salon du Chocolat and Beirut Cooking festival 2017
Hodema team attended the “Salon du Chocolat” and “Beirut Cooking festival” in November 2017 at Seaside Arena in Beirut. These shows featured several events, including gourmet workshops and demonstrations presented by over 20 pastry chefs and 50 exhibitors. Professional chocolate producers and chefs, as well as chocolate enthusiasts came together to share their expertise and love of chocolate.
