Horeca Lebanon 2011
Hodema participated in Horeca’s 18th edition for the 6th consecutive year. This yearly hospitality and food exhibition which took place in 2011 from March 29 until April 1 at Biel featured numerous sections among which catering, supermarket & laundry equipment supplies, furniture, fixtures & design, tableware, uniforms, technology, packaging, consultants, recruiting & franchise, schools & universities, cleaning & maintenance. Horeca gathered 350 participants among which 280 Lebanese exhibitors. This year, 12 countries participated in the event which also greeted 3 international pavilions: France (as guest of honor), Turkey and Poland. The number of visitors in 2011 reached 25000 against about 15000 in 2010.
