Lebanese “gastrodiplomacy” initiative 2018
Hodema attended the Lebanese “gastrodiplomacy” initiative in May 2018 which objective was to highlight the local cuisine and products, and to promote the agro-industrial produce and restaurants in the countries hosting Lebanese Diaspora communities. The Initiative also aimed at maintaining the quality of food and services provided by Lebanese restaurants abroad.
