She also animated a round table tackling the role of consultants, particularly in the Middle East. Toufic Akl, partner handling the Operations at Hodema, moderated the session “Demystifying restaurant development” revolving around the opportunities and challenges of the restaurants development process and the investor’s perspective on how the get the most return.
