During the latest edition of Horeca Lebanon, held from April 25th to 28th, Hodema co-organized and moderated various panels among which “What 2023 holds for Lebanon’s tourism industry”, “the hoteliers debate: expectations, challenges and opportunities in 2023”, “Revealing the hottest trends and the latest Food and Beverage concepts in Lebanon”, “Guesthouses on the rise in Lebanon”, “How to grow a young homegrown Food and Beverage brand”, “Taking Lebanese cuisine to the next level”, “Oriental sweets: Catering to new tastes and markets”. The talks addressed the latest industry trends, as well as challenges and opportunities for Lebanese companies. Panelists included hoteliers, restaurateurs, chefs and tourism experts. Hodema was given an appreciation award from Horeca Lebanon for 20 years of collaboration.
