As part of Horeca Kuwait’s 11th edition which took place from March 6th to 8th, Hodema co-organized and moderated a series of conferences aimed at tackling a variety of topics in hospitality and Food and Beverage. The program of talks covered: “Hoteliers’ debate: what to expect from Kuwait’s hospitality sector in 2023”, “Serving up hot trends and the latest F&B concepts in Kuwait”, “Food tech and beyond: what’s cooking in Kuwait?”, and “The great hospitality race: franchising versus homegrown brands in Kuwait.”
